I agreed very strongly with his views on education, and how that is an important factor in our country and how it will be able to run in years to come. Education is what shapes our nation, and is what leads people to do great things. Education is not something that can wait, and I believe Obama realizes that as well. I also strongly agreed with his views on clean energy technology, and how these were proponents that were necessary in our society. Barack Obama knows that to keep his followers and his fans, he must work on ways to keep our nation a clean and safe place to live. Lastly, I agreed with the way he handled the recession and how he decided that stimulus was needed. The economy is something that will only get worse before it gets better. I believe Obama is trying to desperately trying to tell America that important issues like these will take time, so America must give him time.

2011 State of the Union
While watching the State of the Union address during class, I kept thinking one thing to myself: it is very easy to agree with all of what Obama is saying. His tactics for laying out issues and touching on subjects were very motivational and he knew exactly how to please the crowd. He scarcely avoided subjects, and never hesitated to tell of what needed to be done. He was a huge condoner of the future, and always looked upon what lie ahead of us in the next few years. Although touching on the future is a surefire way to get America inspired and believing in change, I think at these times it is almost necessary to look at the present, and what has been done and is being done for us now.
